Payments

1. We accept payment through PayPal, Payoneer, Bank Transfer, Money Gram and Western Union.
2. All sending charges are paid by customers.
3. Cash payments are accepted at our office.
4. All the prices on our website are without VAT. VAT is paid in addition if applicable.
5. Domains, web hosting and website solutions prices are paid in advance.
6. There is no refund on dedicated hosting solutions such as VPS and Dedicated Server.
7. 30 days money back guarantee is offered only for Linux shared hosting plans.
8. Monthly payments must be paid on the renewal day otherwise services will be suspended.

Domains

1. Free domains given in any promotions can be transferred away by paying $20 processing fee.
2. Domain prices can be changed anytime with prior notice and applicable on all customers.
   

Website

1. All dynamic website solutions require annual renewal. Click here to see details.
2. Contents support is provided at extra cost. Kindly browse available options to select best suitable option for you.
3. Website source code will stay the property of Latestsol and cannot be used on any other projects.
4. Security updates are installed for free as covered in essential annual contract.
5. New features updates can be purchased if needed.

Hosting

1. Price of any web hosting plans can be changed anytime with prior notice and applicable on all customers.
2. Web hosting disk space can only be used for website related files/contents and active emails only.
3. Web hosting customers are not allowed to store media, contents other than website and files to download.Latestsol explicitly reserve the right to review for excessive usage of CPU, disk space and other resources. Latestsol will cease the accounts concerned without prior notice if needed.
4. Spamming is strictly prohibited on our all networks and we have right to suspend any hosting account, VPS or Server if needed without any notice.
5. Accounts can be upgraded and downgraded on customer's advice.
6. Use of the Services at Latestsol is at your sole risk. We don't create/maintain backups. Backup solutions can be purchased separately.
   

Business Services

1. We offer business services as well and every project has different terms and conditions which are agreed and signed by customers.
